1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and ck441 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the ck441 website located at ck441.vip and all associated services, products and features.

By completing registration, making a deposit, or placing a wager on ck441, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2Eligibility

To register and use ck441 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ck441 takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account closed immediately, any winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at ck441's discretion.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on ck441. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, household, device, IP address or payment method will be treated as duplicate accounts. ck441 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any winnings and retain deposits in such cases.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ck441 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify ck441 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ck441 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing investigation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.
• Account balances are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance therein to any other person.

ck441 uses SSL encryption to protect account data in transit. However, account security also depends on the player maintaining strong, unique passwords and exercising caution when accessing accounts from shared or public devices.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

ck441 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ck441 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with your provider before transacting.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by ck441 in writing. This anti-money-laundering requirement exists to protect all parties.
• ck441 processes withdrawal requests typically within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete. Actual receipt of funds in your mobile wallet depends on your payment provider's processing times.
• Deposits made in error or fraudulently will be reversed where possible. Players who attempt chargebacks through their payment provider without first contacting ck441 support may have their accounts suspended pending investigation.
• ck441 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large withdrawals as part of its KYC and anti-money-laundering compliance procedures.

All balances on ck441 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ck441 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

5Bonuses and Promotions

ck441 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus funds.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ck441. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether using your own details or those of another person, including a family member or associate.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to interact with ck441, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information about live-dealer games in real time, or coordinate betting patterns designed to circumvent normal game variance.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, bug or glitch in the platform to gain credits, bonus funds or advantages not intended by ck441. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be removed from your account.
• Using ck441 for any money laundering, financial crime, or any activity prohibited under applicable Bangladesh law or international regulations.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.

ck441 actively monitors accounts for prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ck441 may suspend the account, void bets and bonuses, retain balances and refer the matter to relevant authorities.

7Responsible Gaming
